Dr. Rodney Mugarura is a recent graduate from Makerere University’s Orthopaedic training program and the first surgeon supported as a USTOP – Global Partners in Anesthesia and Surgery (GPAS) Senior Fellow. In this role,Rodney assists in teaching for and spearheads research initiatives.
